If it were up to us, Marde Fondo would get a Michelin star. Our meals included “La Chicharrona”, an outrageous combination of ceviche and traditional deep fried pork rind, and the “Tuna Carnitas” taco, which also crosses boundaries by offering super fresh tuna deep fried in pork lard. After four meals here (two last year, two this year) we can safely say that every dish is fresh, innovative and — most important of all — surprises the tongue anfter every bite. Do not miss this restaurant during your visit to Mazatlan!

Food: it's really flavorful and tasty. Got the macha aguachille and it was so so good. Also got the ribeye de aguachille. The ribeye was good but not as good as the shrimp aguachille. Atmosphere: really cool outdoor vibe and service was good. Would go here again

Great place to go out and eat. The music is at a very nice level where you can still have a normal conversation. The decorations make the restaurant a very pleasant place to eat. The food and service is also amazing.

What a savior! We were struggling to find somewhere that wasn't the boring Americanized Italian seen in every place on the plaza or the same seafood dishes served everywhere in Mazatlan. This place had some really flavorful and unique dishes, amazing atmosphere, an incredible DJ, and the best service we had experienced on our entire trip. We can't wait to go back.

I have had several different tostadas and tacos here in the last few days. The details in the preparation like the size of the cubes of meat and diced vegetables makes eating the tostadas easier and allows a balanced flavor in every bite. The most important thing however, is everything has flavor. The salsas are good and some are spicy, which I like. The eating area with its integration of the existing buildings and semi green space is simply elegant. This place is a must when visiting Mazatlan.

Love the court yard, food was great. 4 of us had 4 different meals all great. The basic steak was cut with the fork tender. Never new steak fries with guacamole is yummy.
